Perks · Fully paid Luxury holiday to exotic and popular destinations every 60 days · Free Photo shoot from a Top Photographer, for each girl to retain for herself · Free exposure on our web site, with best images of each girl being displayed · Ability to earn commissions from sales of company products · Ability to earn commissions from sales of individual products such as girls calendars, girls images etc. · Will be running a Voting competition for all of the selected girls, most voted girls will get further perks, and commissions and great exposure · Massive exposure to a Male audience in UK · Successful and selected girls will see a group spread in magazines like FHM and GQ · Successful staff will also see the benefit of a group exposure awareness campaign on MTV

Staff will be expected to work for the first 28 days on temporary trial basis, cash will be paid, after which the best girls based on performance will get a full-time paying contract and a high base salary + the usual commissions. You will still receive commissions for this period ( typically £1600 )

Additionally successful candidates after the 28 days will go on to Phase 2 of promotions as the company will be launching interactive TV as a platform for its products within 180 days.

Staff that are committed for the 28 days will have the benefit of a massive PR campaign of the company in raising the awareness of the web site etc, the most popular girls will get dedicated exposure to them.
